Spiked
| Horned Lizards have evolved a variety of mechanisms to avoid predators. Their first line of defense is to remain cryptically hidden from a predator's sight. Secondly, their body armor of spines poses a significant threat. In addition, some species can squirt blood from their eyes when attacked.
