The following day Sarah and I decided to do some herping.

A few Rubber Boas were found on the trip.

Spotted Towhees were heard saying "Drink your tea."

Herp Habitat.

An Aquatic Intergrade Garter Snake.

Douglas Iris.

A nice looking California Red-sided Garter Snake.

Dragonflies were plentiful.

A Coast Garter Snake with a bit of extra red.

There was no shortage of California Poppies.

Herp habitat.

California Ground Squirrels were regularly seen scampering about.

White-crowned Sparrows were very common.
